Refund Policy

The Event Pass is a one-time payment for one event. If it isn't what you needed, you can get your money back within 14 days of purchase. No reasons needed.

How to ask

Write to support@plotmyseats.com from the email you used to buy, or ask Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, through the link in your receipt. Include the name of the chart if you have several.

What happens next

The full amount goes back to the original payment method. Paddle processes the refund, and it can take a few days to show up on your statement. After a refund the paid features of that event are switched off: the premium designs, cards, table numbers, the Find my seat link and the venue plan. Your chart stays, and the free features keep working.
